- Is Access to Care Day taking place this year?
No. While there are access to care topics built into the schedule, there is not a formal Access to Care Day scheduled.
- How does this new pricing structure work?
In order to make it possible for our attendees to make the most out of the conference, we have implemented all-inclusive pricing. This way, you simply pay to attend 1, 2, or 3 days and then pick whichever courses interest you during your desired time period.
- Will I have to pay $50 to go into the Exhibit Hall?
As long as you are attending at least one course, your access to the Exhibit Hall is included. If you are interested in just going through the Exhibit Hall and are not taking any courses, then the $50 General Registration Pass will grant you access to the Exhibit Hall and all meals and breaks each day of the conference.
- What is á la carte pricing?
This pricing option is created for attendees who want to register for just one course at the conference instead of purchasing a Day Pass.
- Will my badge be mailed to me in advance?
No. All badges will be available at the registration desk onsite starting at 7:30 AM on Friday, September 20, 2019.

EMAIL REQUIRED - Each person in your party will need a unique email address. This is used to capture your electronic CE verification. You may not use the same email address more than once when registering your party. If you are registering more than one person, please be sure you have a valid email address for each of them.
LOGIN INFORMATION - You have the ability to alter an existing registration online by updating address information and adding courses.
CE Verification - All CE verification is done online. You will be able to retrieve your electronic CE verification using your username and password created during registration. Paper forms will NOT be available onsite and codes will not be given at the end of your courses. You will be instructed to scan your badge at each CE course to receive credit.
