Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Chesapeake Dental Conference. To become an exhibitor, please download the PDF Exhibitor Prospectus and complete the page that says "Exhibitor Agreement".
Please Note: A deposit of no less than $320 of the total booth rental is required at this time. MSDA must receive the entire rental fee by August 31st. No exceptions to deposit accompanying Agreements. Submission of the form indicates that you agree to the terms of the contract within the Exhibitor Prospectus and that upon acceptance by the MSDA, shall become a binding contract between the exhibitor and the Association.
Competitors: When possible, MSDA will do its best to place you away from competing vendors. However, you MUST indicate who your competitors are on the Exhibitor Agreement. In the event that you do not indicate your competitors, and you are located next to one onsite, charges incurred to move booth spaces onsite will be paid by the exhibitor.
