PARKING
The only parking available at the resort is by valet. This fee is absorbed by your room rate and will not be an additional expense, unless you wish to tip.

CHECK IN/OUT
Your reservation has been made for you by MSDA under your first and last name. The Front Desk is to the right of the main lobby. You have already paid for your stay. The only other expenses that you should encounter are incidentals. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am. The front desk can hold your baggage if necessary.

CE COURSES
All CE Courses will be held in the Reagan Ballroom, down the hall, to the right of the front desk. Programs will start promptly at 8:30 AM on Friday and 9:00 AM on Saturday.

CE CREDITS

12 CE Credits will be awarded throughout the meeting. You must sign in each time you take a course. After each course, you will pick up a certificate of participation to keep with your records. A registration desk will be located outside of the session room. 

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Continental Breakfast will be served at 8:00 AM on Friday and 8:30 AM on Saturday in the Reagan Ballroom. An afternoon beverage and snack break will be served at 2:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.

VENDORS
The MSDA Endorsed program is proud to showcase a few of our endorsed vendors. Be sure to stop by their tables and learn more about what they can do for you and the MSDA. 

FRIDAY EVENING RECEPTION
There will be a reception on Friday evening from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM in Constitution Hall. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be served as well as a complimentary beverage. A cash bar will also be available. To get to the hall, please use either the staircase in the main lobby or take the elevator (left of the front desk) to the 1st floor.

FREE CHILDCARE

Bedford Springs is a very child-friendly place; however, occasionally both parents may enjoy spending time without the children to attend a spa treatment, golf outing or just a quiet meal. DAC is providing a childcare service FREE of charge to attendees. Children can go to the Anderson Explorer's Center where they will be fed, given crafts and activities and, weather permitting, be taken outside for some outdoor fun. GROUP DINNER

Let's extend the camaraderie! If you are interested in a group dinner on Friday evening, please indicate how many tickets you will need on your registration form. Dinner will begin immediately following the reception at 7:30 pm in the Eishenhower Room and will be a three course meal (menu to be determined). The cost per person is $75 inclusive of tax and gratuity. This dinner can be added to your registration at any time, before March 10th. 


NEW DENTIST OPPORTUNITY
If you graduated dental school between 2005-2015, call Kayla Fowler at 410-964-2880 for information on an opportunity for new dentists at this meeting. 

RESTAURANTS

Bedford is a family friendly place. The resort is full of fun things families can do together including the indoor pool, hiking/biking trails, campfires, horseback riding and much more.
