PARKING
If you are staying the night, inform the valet that you are with 'MSDA' and give them your name and your valet will be free. If you are not staying the night, valet parking is $5 per day. Complimentary self parking is available to everyone.  

CHECK IN/OUT
Your reservation has been made for you by MSDA under your first and last name. You have already paid for your stay. The only other expenses that you should encounter are incidentals. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am. The front desk can hold your baggage if necessary.

CE COURSES
All courses are located in the Clipper A/B/C room, located down the right hall way from the entrance. Registration and a Hot and Continental breakfast will begin at 8:00 AM. Programs will start promptly at 9:00 AM. Please sign in before each session and take a CE certificate when  you leave each session. 

VENDORS
This event is sponsored by a variety of dental related companies. Each company will have a table with representatives to talk about their products and services available to our members. 

FRIDAY EVENING RECEPTION
There will be a reception on Friday evening from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be served as well as full, open bar.  The reception will take place in the Windjammer Room, which is down the hall from the session room. 

GROUP DINNER

If you are interested in dining in a large group, join us in the Galleon C room at 8:15pm. This is a ticketed event. The cost is $75 for a 3 course dinner including filet and crab cake and a full open bar. If you are interested, please contact Kayla Fowler to RSVP no later than Wednesday, November 5th.

CHILDCARE

The Hyatt Regency is a very child-friendly resort offering a magnitude of family activities for you to enjoy; however, occasionally both parents may enjoy spending time without the children to attend a spa treatment, golf outing or just a quiet meal. The resort offers Camp Hyatt which is a full day or half day camp for children over 4 years old. For more information, please click here.

RESTAURANTS
MSDA will serve breakfast and an afternoon snack for course attendees each morning. For lunch and dinner, click here for a list of restaurants on the property and their menus.

RESORT ACTIVITIES
This resort is full of relaxing, recreational and family friendly activities. Click here for more information and a list of resort recreation.

OFF PROPERTY ACTIVITIES
If you would like to step off the resort grounds, there are plenty of other things in the area to do including: charter fishing and crabbing, hunting, art galleries, historical tours (ie-Harriet Tubman Byway), Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge and horse back riding, to name a few.
